Role Overview: Automotive Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of tyre fitting duties and manage impressed stock to meet customer demand.
• Conduct four-wheel alignment as required to support workshop operations.
• Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach.
• Meet with customers to identify and understand problems as necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest vehicle technology, ensuring effective diagnosis and repair of faults.
• Complete repairs, servicing, and diagnostics to the highest standards and specifications.
• Adhere to safe working practices and ensure the safety of oneself and others.
• Seek advice and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors in challenging situations.
• Check work quality through diagnostic equipment and

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician.
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment.
• Strong knowledge of the latest vehicle technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
